Property Performance Planning (P3)
P3 (Property Performance Planning) is a DGA program/service that provides a strategy to obtain maximum value from property assets. Furnishing an integrated analysis and evaluation system designed to maximize and measure square footage, the P3 database tracking program provides an ongoing tracking and maintenance strategy’Ķ a total ’Äúreal estate management program.’Äù
P3 is designed to conform to BOMA standards (Building Owners Management Association), using all directives of the ANSI Z65.1 (American National Standards Institute) method of measuring floor space.
P3 services consistently demonstrate the ability to ’Äúfind’Äù square footage in properties, leading to the generation of additional revenue through increased value of the building asset.
